As an adept in detecting patterns, perceptions, and associations, I enable my clients to release subconscious blocks and build strong anchors with conscious new patterns. My intensive and extensive follow-through ensures massive and irreversible results.

My secret to success is my ability to see that bright light in you and in everyone. I want to encourage you to follow your heart. I believe that no one is broken or needs to be fixed. We just have to change the way we see ourselves.

My Dream Seeds in Age 7

At the age of 7, I would daydream of standing in front of hundreds of people in front of the podium, speaking, and encouraging my rapt listeners and receiving applause. I often heard my mother say, “This girl is ahead of her time, she is a gift”.
My love for animals edged me to study veterinary science but my childhood unconscious dream led me to a different path. After making many detours in my academic plan, I finally settled for a post-graduation degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

Two years into corporate practice, I escalated my career to stellar heights even after my marriage. Although successful, I felt incomplete while providing health solutions. I felt there was more to supporting my patients. They needed a blend of mind + body + soul approach. That’s when my ever curious and explorative side nudged me to learn more advanced healing and psychology modalities.

Through my one-to-one coaching, year long interventions, two-day workshops, keynotes, and seminars, I am fulfilling my mission to reach out, empower, and enable transformation. My commitment to my dream fuels my drive, determination, and daily living moment.

An Amazing Life Beyond Work

Do I really get time outside of work?
Yes, I do make time for rescuing animals in distress and working with animal NGOs. I love working with the underprivileged and do my bit to make their lives easier. This is actually in my DNA and I give credit to my parents who are my role models.
I am inspired by everyday heroes. The ones who go through crazy stuff, yet stand by executing their decisions, honoring their commitments, and living their productive best.

My Secret Magic Potion

Living my life to the fullest, I believe a lot in self-work and ‘Me Time’. My day begins at 4 am and I do a combination of either meditation, journaling, EFT, watching videos, offering gratitude, doing my affirmations, reading my book, working out, taking my dogs for a walk, even talking to nature, and touching the trees.
I give myself to the world after 8 am. Also, it’s a ritual in my life to spend quality time with my husband each day. When not working, I am either playing with my dogs, or taking my daughter to do social work with me, or spending meaningful time with friends.
